Carlos Carbajal, Founder and Principal

Carlos is originally from the high-altitude desert of New Mexico where he attended the University of New Mexico graduating with a degree in Business Communications. A visit to San Francisco in 1995 turned into a permanent move in 1999 where he spent a long career in Product Marketing at Intel and Dolby Laboratories.  Carlos made his first foray into real estate in 2012 purchasing residential investment properties and then launched Red Angel in 2013 and that enabled a switch to real estate full-time in 2015. Carlos is a music fan, audiophile and rescuer of greyhounds.

Sierra Anaya, Property Specialist

Sierra has a background in customer service that is her foundation for her approach to Real Estate. Sierra specializes in the high touch areas of vacation rentals and corporate apartments, making sure the client receives a premium experience. Sierra’s experience in customer service has translated well to working with guests and tenants to provide a pleasant and easy rental experience. She takes these skills and applies them to all areas of Real Estate career. Sierra enjoys live music and concerts, and exploring all that Northern California has to offer in her free time.

Marlene Elias, Property Specialist

Marlene joined in 2022 as Red Angel's newest vacation rental manager. Prior that Marlene acquired extensive experience  in a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential income property, land development, and distressed property sales, making her a true real estate professional. Marlene is a lifelong learner who enjoys giving back, volunteering, cooking, reading, music, podcasts, painting, hiking, kayaking, and being one with nature.
